Post-Gym Juice



I promised a while back to update you on my fitness journey so I thought it’d be a good idea to share this. After exercising, I try to make some juice or smoothie which ever, depends on my mood.

Here’s the recipe for the juice I had a while back.

2 apples, 4 broccoli, 1/4 cucumber, 2 celery sticks and 1/4 honey dew melon.

I used my juicer for them all but you could blend the melon and broccoli separately, juice the apples, cucumber and celery and mix all up. It all depends on how much time you’ve got and just how you like it.
