Easy Carrot Juice Recipe

Carrot Juice is one of the most powerful natural juices out there. This is one juice that has helped so many bed-ridden patients out of the hospital, giving them a chance to live life to the fullest.

Not being a huge fan of just carrot juice on it’s own I decided to add some apples, mint, and lime. These four ingredients offer great benefits to our body, a few being:-

  • Reduction in cholesterol due to the presence of potassium.
  • Cancer prevention ( flavonoids and phenolic acids in apples prevent development of tumours and cancerous cells)
  • Cleanses and detoxifies the liver (carrots and apples)
  • Controls sun damage (carrots)
  • Increases the oxygen carrying capacity  (carrots)
  • Controls sugar level hence reducing the risk of diabetes (lime and carrots)
  • Aid digestion and constipation ( lime)
  • Heal oral ulcers (lime)
  • Aids weight loss
  • Relieve acne symtoms (mint)
  • Mint being a natural stimulant charges the brain when feeling fatigued or depressed.
