Feeling Unhealthy? 

 So, lately work has been really busy and sometimes I’ve had to work weekends. This led to a very unhealthy diet (shoutout to dominos and papa Johns) and by Friday I was feeling so uneasy with myself.  

 
They say you are what you eat and boy do I believe that. I felt like crap, for some reason very miserable. 

I did not like how I felt and I had to fix it. That led to making a jar full of this amazing juice which I had for dinner. 

  • 1/2 Honeydew melon
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 4 Celery sticks

 If you’re feeling down and unhealthy like I was you could try this. Stay healthy people, that’s the best way to keep your mind and body sane!😘
