Happy New Year everyone!
I know this is the end of January but please accept my humble greetings, life has been in the way. I hope you’re doing fine and haven’t broken your resolutions already, hang in there, just 11 months to go!
So, over the weekend I met up with a friend in Birmingham and decided to bake some quick oreo brownies just cause it had been on my mind for quite some time now. I cheated a bit though by using a brownie mix since I do not know how to bake to save my life 🙂
- Betty Crocker – Chocolate Fudge Brownie mix, you can get this at Tesco
- Oreos of course
- Almond butter or peanut butter for that extra uhfnn!
All I just had to do was add an egg, two tablespoons of vegetable oil and five tablespoons of water to the mixture. Stir properly and pour in a lightly oiled baking dish. The preparation took about 10-15mins and baking time, about 30mins on 180 degrees. I made two layers of almond butter but didn’t add the Oreos until the top layer. It’s very easy guys, here are some pictures.
So proud of the outcome, looks a bit like them Tumblr pictures right?…at least in my mind hahaha. Well here’s to being more adventurous in 2017, see you soon!
